By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using our services (including bespoke tailoring and styling appointments), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at our discretion.
Colors and fabric textures may vary slightly from images shown due to screen/display settings.

3. Bespoke & Customization Services

Custom Suits, Custom Shirts, Wedding Tailoring, and Personal Styling orders are made based on measurements provided by the customer (self-submitted or taken during a consultation/video call).
Perahans is not liable for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Production timelines for bespoke orders will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept payments via Visa, RuPay, UPI (BHIM/Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (or COD confirmation).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or pricing errors, with a full refund issued in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is the property of Perahans and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Appointments & Video Consultations

Styling and measurement appointments booked via the website are subject to availability and may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Perahans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
