• Ready-to-ship products: orders are processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days.
• Bespoke/custom-tailored products: production time is [2–4] weeks depending on the complexity of the order, communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: [4–8] business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery times may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can also track your order anytime at Track Order.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post.

Delays & Issues

• In case of unexpected delays, our team will proactively keep you informed.
• If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact care@perahans.com and we will investigate with our courier partner.

Undelivered/Returned-to-Origin Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping costs.
