Build something
worth wearing

At Perahans, we craft more than garments — we build experiences, relationships, and a brand rooted in bespoke craftsmanship. If that excites you, you belong here.

Who we are

A brand built on
craft and conviction

Perahans is a luxury menswear brand rooted in bespoke tailoring and premium ethnic wear. We are a growing team of designers, stylists, technologists, and brand builders working together to redefine how men dress for the moments that matter. Every role here contributes directly to the product, the customer, and the culture.

Craft first

Every decision — from stitching to strategy — is made with the same attention to detail we bring to a bespoke suit.

People at the centre

Whether it is a customer choosing their wedding sherwani or a team member growing their career — people always come first.

Grow with intention

We are scaling thoughtfully — building systems, culture, and capability that last, not just chasing numbers.

About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Designer with a strong eye for menswear silhouettes — someone who understands both the heritage of Indian ethnic wear and the precision of Western tailoring.

You will work closely with our creative director and production team to develop seasonal collections, bespoke design templates, and client-facing customisation options.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in menswear design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of fabric behaviour and garment construction
  • Experience with ethnic and fusion menswear is a strong advantage
  • Portfolio demonstrating original design work

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present seasonal collection concepts
  • Create technical flat sketches and spec sheets
  • Collaborate with tailors on fit and construction
  • Assist clients in bespoke design consultations
  • Research trends in luxury menswear globally and locally
  • Maintain and expand the bespoke fabric and trim library

About the role

We are building a premium digital experience that matches the quality of our physical products. As our Full Stack Developer, you will own the Perahans Shopify storefront, internal tools, and integrations.

You will work with a lean, focused team — with real ownership, real impact, and no bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Shopify theme development (Liquid, OS 2.0)
  • Strong vanilla JavaScript — no jQuery dependency
  • Experience with PHP / MySQL for custom tools
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Shopify Admin API
  • Performance-first mindset and attention to UI detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Perahans Shopify storefront
  • Build custom sections, apps, and integrations
  • Optimise site speed, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility
  • Maintain internal admin tools and billing systems
  • Collaborate with design on pixel-perfect implementation
  • Own deployments, versioning, and code quality

About the role

We are looking for a data-driven digital marketer who understands both performance marketing and brand storytelling — someone who can scale Perahans' online presence without diluting the luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably D2C or fashion
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Strong understanding of Shopify analytics and attribution
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships
  • Excellent copywriting and brand voice sensibility

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Manage SEO strategy and content calendar
  • Oversee email marketing and CRM flows
  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations
  • Analyse ROAS, CAC, and LTV — report weekly
  • Work with design on creative briefs for all campaigns

About the role

As a Personal Stylist at Perahans, you are often the first human touchpoint for our customers — guiding them through one of the most significant purchasing decisions of their lives, from a wedding wardrobe to a boardroom suit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in luxury retail, personal styling, or fashion consulting
  • Deep knowledge of menswear — both Western and ethnic
  • Confident, warm communication style — in-person and on video
  • Understanding of fabric, fit, and garment construction
  • Fluent in English; Hindi is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and video call styling consultations
  • Guide clients through the bespoke and customisation process
  • Take and record body measurements accurately
  • Build long-term client relationships and manage follow-ups
  • Meet conversion and consultation satisfaction targets
  • Represent the Perahans brand with elegance and expertise

About the role

You will ensure that every order — from a single shirt to a complete bespoke wedding wardrobe — moves through production, quality check, and delivery without a hitch. You are the operational backbone of the Perahans fulfilment chain.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in e-commerce operations or supply chain
  • Experience with Shopify order management
  • Familiarity with courier partners (FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery)
  • Detail-oriented with strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
  • Calm under pressure — especially during peak wedding season

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment on Shopify
  • Coordinate with production unit on bespoke order timelines
  • Liaise with courier partners on shipping and returns
  • Track inventory levels and flag restock needs
  • Handle customer escalations related to delivery
  • Generate daily operations reports for management
